This is my first trip to a foreign country and I am not good at English. So, I was little nervous. However, my host family is very kind and teaches me various things. Now, I am gradually getting used to living here. There are a lot of differences from Japan. That is interesting. Boston is a good place. Shops here are also interesting. The school is also almost good. But, there are many students who are speaking their first language too much. I think we should speak English more, because we came here to improve our English. Personally speaking, I found my pronunciation is not good and I am not good at listening and speaking. So, I want to practice those more.

I come to Boston four days ago.Boston is a very cold place but I love this city because Turkey is very hot and I haven't seen snow for 5 years.I'm staying in Fenway dorm.Fenway is very good place for me because it's close to downtown and I can found everything there.My roommate is very cute.She is Mexican and she is very helpful.I asked her everything about Boston.
 The first day I went to school by myself.it was very difficult for me because I didn't known anything.I took dorm and school address and I took the route to campus.When I come in campus I like the place.I met new people and it was so fun.
Yesterday I went to "Blue Man Group Show".Its very interesting event.Blue Man Group combines music,technology and comedy.I took a lot of photographes and I showed my friends.They jealous of me :)

I was in world leaders one day at this event it was in Hynes Convention Center in an important hotel of the city. The event started at 10.00 am and ended at 4.00 pm. It was a very important event because  was crowded. I could see many important people with elegant clothes doing  business. When the event was finished in the morning, arrived the time for lunch. I ate fish with vegetables,iced tea, and cookies for dessert. When  lunch was finished I drink a coffee. I enjoyed all the food.

I like going to the event and to share with my friends, I saw the former president of the united states, Clinton, the we were talking about world hunger and other things were also other important characters, but do not take them because they did not understand importances, after the event ended at four in the afternoon I went to visit the mall to do some shopping.

I went to the Prudential mall with my friends and we bought some clothes and shoes. Then we went to a restaurant called the " top of the hub " it was amazing but little bit expensive.

On Friday, I went to a nightclub with my friends. It was " Bijoy"  downtown. I felt happy and I enjoyed dancing. It was a really amazing night . After that I went to my apartment with my friends and we cooked Arabian food  with chicken and rice .

In  Boston,The winter is very long.I like snow,but I hate cold .

In my country,I never seen  heavy snow,So when I was excited to see heavy snow in Boston for the first time,but it often snow, bus and subway will be shut down,people can't go to work ,students can't go to school.

I think a lot of people don't like the snow, because it is too cold outside, it is difficult to walk, if the snow all night, people can't find they cars the next day.

I choose to come to Boston to study because there are a lot of famous schools and it is very exciting.

I believe that all students like Harvard University and the Massachusetts institute of technology, and so do I.

When I finish the EF language courses I will go to Hult International business school to get my masters degree, Hult is ranked the best business school in the United States, I believe this school can let me learn a lot and is very helpful for my future career. I can also meet more friends.

Go to the patriots parade, celebration for  win the Super Bowl 2015, many people go to this event because football is very popular in USA and the patriots parade is for celebrate the players who won the super bowl

 The Museum of Fine Arts is located in Boston. It's one of the largest museums in the country and have a lot of different expositions.

Harvard University and MIT are the most prestigious universities in the world,both are located in Boston. 

Sky walk, one of  the biggest buildings in the city, is in the top of the Prudential center main building. You can go at anytime of the day and you have to pay just 15 dollars


Boston is a city that has many important sport teams. The universities have differents teams in differents sports. Go to  Boston University and see an icehockey match, it's so exciting and you will have a great time with your friends

St, Elizabeth Medical Center

Perhaps it isn't the place for common people but for people that fell down in the snow it is interesting.

This place is located on 736 Cambridge Street, Brighton in Boston where they deliver excellent attention and are dedicated to acomfortable environment for the patients. This hospital includes some advanced care and treatment in different areas like behavioral health services, centers for cancer care, center for advanced cardiac and especially orthopedics.  Last wednesday i fell down in the snow on the corner of  Lake Street and Washington Street because i went to the parade. After, a friend helped me to stand up and then they brought me to the hospital because i hurt the foot a lot and, well…

The doctor put a cold compress on my foot like the picture shows it...

Suddenly  doctor Ritter comes to the x-ray room and he said to me: "According to radiography, you have an ankle fracture, i'm sorry i thought that it was a sprain"

My expression was frightening never in my life i've broken a bone in my body why!! why me!!! it's my first fracture in my life, the only experience.  Then, yesterday i went to see my specialist doctor and he put on me a cast and i was happy but without pain for six weeks (hahaha)

After which it's my history at the Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center an experience i'll never forget and whose attention and support was excellent.
